ICEBAR GDAŃSK – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
(applicable on the premises)
1. General Provisions
1.1. IceBar Gdańsk is located in a specially designed refrigerated room with a constant temperature of approximately –5°C.
1.2. Entering IceBar Gdańsk constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1.3. Any person violating these Terms and Conditions may be asked to leave the premises without the right to a refund.
2. Admission Rules
2.1. A maximum of 15 guests may be present in IceBar Gdańsk at the same time.
2.2. Admission is intended for persons aged 18 and over. Minors may enter the premises only when accompanied by a legal guardian.
2.3. Entry is prohibited for persons under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, psychoactive substances, or behaving aggressively or in a manner that poses a threat to others.
2.4. The staff reserves the right to refuse admission without providing a reason, particularly in situations where safety or public order may be at risk.
3. Safety and Health
3.1. Appropriate protective clothing is required in IceBar Gdańsk, including jackets and gloves, which are available for rent at the entrance.
3.2. It is recommended that a single stay in IceBar Gdańsk does not exceed 30 minutes.
3.3. Persons suffering from cardiovascular or respiratory diseases, high blood pressure, circulation problems, as well as pregnant women, use IceBar Gdańsk at their own risk.
3.4. In the event of feeling unwell, guests must immediately inform the staff and leave the premises.
3.5. Touching ice surfaces with the tongue or wet hands is strictly prohibited.
4. Conduct in the Bar
4.1. Guests are required to exercise particular caution, as the floors may be slippery.
4.2. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
a) climbing on ice décor elements,
b) damaging ice sculptures, decorations, or constructions,
c) consuming alcohol or beverages brought from outside,
d) aggressive, dangerous, or disruptive behavior affecting other guests.
4.3. Photography is permitted provided it does not infringe upon the privacy or comfort of other guests.
5. Consumption
5.1. IceBar Gdańsk serves beverages and products in accordance with the current menu.
5.2. Drinks are served in containers adapted to low temperatures.
5.3. Some containers may be made of ice; guests are required to handle them with caution.
6. Liability
6.1. The owner of IceBar Gdańsk is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended.
6.2. Guests are financially liable for any damage caused through their fault.
6.3. Use of IceBar Gdańsk is at the visitor’s own risk.
7. Health & Safety and Evacuation
7.1. Bringing sharp tools, flammable materials, weapons, or other dangerous items onto the premises of IceBar Gdańsk is prohibited.
7.2. Guests must strictly follow the instructions of the staff and emergency services.
7.3. In the event of an alarm or evacuation order, guests must immediately leave IceBar Gdańsk using the designated emergency exits.
8. Reservations and Payments
8.1. The organizer reserves the right to cancel an event or change its date. In such cases, IceBar Gdańsk will attempt to offer an alternative solution. While reasonable efforts will be made to inform customers, IceBar Gdańsk does not guarantee timely notification and is not liable for claims related to refunds, compensation, or incurred costs (e.g. travel or accommodation).
8.2. All offers of IceBar Gdańsk are non-binding. The owner reserves the right to change prices, particularly due to changes in legal regulations or other applicable rules.
8.3. Customers are obliged to verify their reservation confirmation upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be reported in writing within 3 days.
8.4. Reservation cancellations are accepted exclusively via e-mail at icebar.gdansk@gmail.com, no later than 24h prior to the reservation date.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. The owner of IceBar Gdańsk reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
9.2. The current version of the Terms and Conditions is available at the entrance and on the official website of IceBar Gdańsk.
9.3. Any matters not regulated herein shall be decided by the owner or authorized staff.
